Mark Roper-Drimie is Chairman of Aspire Management. He brings a wealth of over 20 years experience in the sports business as a lawyer and senior executive including  numerous sports such as the Olympics, World Cups, Formula 1, Formula E, football, rugby union and cricket.

He continues to practice law and is qualified in 3 jurisdictions including England & Wales and NSW, Australia. Mark is based in our London office and travels regularly to our European offices.

Greg founded Aspire Management in 1996 in Sydney, Australia.

Greg's main area of expertise and focus within Aspire Management is the sourcing and negotiation of international football transfers.

Greg has significant international experience having negotiated many top-level contracts all over the world in football, rugby, media and sponsorship.

Greg has the following qualifications:

• Practising Solicitor with the Law Society of New South Wales, Australia;
• Registerered Intermediary with The Football Association, England; and
• Degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Based in France, Craig is the only Australian and one of only two people from the Southern Hemisphere to hold a French rugby agent licence.

Craig is also a former Super 12 Rugby winner with the ACT Brumbies and has played professionally in Australia, New Zealand, England, France and Italy.

Craig has significant European contacts, particularly in French rugby and French football.

Craig has the following qualifications:

• Licensed Agent with the Fédération Française de Rugby;
• Degree in Business from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia; and
• Degree in Personal Development, Health and Physical Education, ACPE, Australia.

Mario works with talented South American, Spanish and French footballers.

Prior to joining Aspire, Mario had several years of experience as a football scout and football coach in Spain.

Mario obtained the highest level global qualification for football coaching with full marks, one of only 5 people to achieve this at such a young age.

Mario has the following qualifications:

- UEFA Pro Licence with Real Federacion Espanola de Futbol "RFEF"; and

- Degree in International Business and Finance from IPAG Business School, Nice, France.

Tadashi was born in Japan, lived in South Korea for 12 years, is based in Sydney and travels regularly to Japan and South Korea.

Tadashi has been involved in the football industry for 11 years managing Japanese and Korean footballers playing in Australia.

Tadashi has worked for a number of J-League clubs when competing in the ACL (Asian Champions League).

Tadashi brings to Aspire a wealth of experience and club contacts in the key football markets of Japan and South Korea.

With his exceptional linguistic skills, Joss is fast developing Aspire's football networks in Germany, France and Italy.

Based in London, Joss is also working with talented young English footballers.
